Threespot is a remote-friendly digital strategy agency serving nonprofits, foundations, and cultural institutions. Account Leads (Producers) guide digital strategy and development, managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships to deliver high-impact websites and web-based applications.

The role requires 6+ years in digital project management or related positions, experience with CMS (WordPress/Drupal), and strong communication skills. Remote work is available to applicants in listed U.S.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in a digital project management, producer, or account director role.
• Track record of expanding scope or revenue on existing client accounts.
• Experience working with development teams on CMS implementation (WordPress/Drupal).

Aufgaben

• Owns growth on assigned accounts; identify opportunities for additional work and lead scoping and winning efforts.
• Build durable, trusting client relationships and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Manage project plans and budgets for website development projects and creative retainers; ensure timely delivery.
• Support business development through scoping, budgeting proposals, and pitches of services.
