Job summary

Threespot is a remote-friendly digital strategy agency hiring an Account Lead/Producer to guide nonprofit and cultural client engagements. You will lead strategy, brand, website, and web-app projects while building strong client partnerships and coordinating cross-functional teams across design, UX, and development.

You will manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate on scoping and proposals that expand client work.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a digital project management, producer, or account director role with strategic digital work.
• Track record of expanding scope or revenue on existing client accounts with examples.
• Strategic thinker who handles ambiguity and keeps the big picture in view.
• Experience in a digital or creative agency; CMS implementation knowledge (WordPress, Drupal).
• Experience with nonprofit, foundation, cultural, or government clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns growth on assigned accounts and scopes additional work.
• Builds and manages project plans and budgets for multiple projects.
• Delivers projects on time and on budget; manages risks.
• Leads cross-functional teams including creative directors, strategists, UX, designers, and developers.
• Supports business development with scoping, budgeting, and proposals.
• Maintains durable client relationships and navigates difficult conversations.
