Threespot is seeking an Account Lead (Producer) to own growth on assigned nonprofit and cultural accounts. You will identify opportunities, scope and win additional work, and maintain durable client relationships.

You will lead cross-functional teams including designers, strategists, UX specialists, and developers to deliver projects on time and within budget. The role requires 6+ years in digital project management or account leadership, strong communication, and CMS experience with

• 6+ years in a digital project management, producer, or account director role, producing and/or creating strategic digital solutions.
• Track record of expanding scope or revenue on existing client accounts, with specific examples you can walk us through.
• Strategic thinker who keeps the bigger picture in view, handles details, and works through ambiguity to find solutions.
• Experience working in a digital or creative agency.
• Experience working with development teams on CMS implementation, managing requirements definition and other technical interactions. We work primarily in WordPress and Drupal.
• Experience with nonprofit, foundation, cultural, or government clients is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Owns growth on assigned accounts and leads the effort to scope and win additional work.
• Builds durable client relationships and communicates the full range of Threespot's services.
• Leads cross-functional teams and contributes to project approach discussions with clients.
• Builds and manages project plans and budgets for projects of varying scope and duration.
• Delivers projects on time and on budget while managing multiple accounts.
• Supports business development by contributing to scoping, scheduling, and budgeting proposals.
