Threespot is a digital strategy agency hiring an Account Lead (Producer) to drive digital strategy, brand, website and web app projects, leading client and internal teams from kickoff to delivery.

You will own accounts, identify growth opportunities, manage budgets and schedules, and lead cross-functional teams while supporting business development. Remote work is available for candidates located in the U.S.; Threespot emphasizes social impact and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a digital project management, producer, or account director role.
• Strong knowledge of client service, the creative process, and web development technologies.
• Track record of expanding scope or revenue on existing client accounts.
• Strategic thinker who keeps the bigger picture in view, handles details, and works through ambiguity to find solutions.
• Experience working in a digital or creative agency.
• Experience working with development teams on CMS implementation (WordPress/Drupal).
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns growth on assigned accounts. Identifies opportunities for additional work and leads the effort to scope and win it.
• Cultivates durable, trusting client relationships and leads challenging conversations to reach a solution.
• Builds and manages project plans and budgets for projects from quick-turnaround to multi-year engagements; delivers on time and on budget.
• Manages multiple concurrent projects across several accounts and prioritizes work effectively.
• Supports business development by contributing to scoping, scheduling, and budgeting proposals and by pitching our capabilities.
• Leads cross-functional teams and communicates effectively with clients about the work.
