SLB is seeking an Account Manager – Digital Production in Houston to manage strategic customer relationships and expand adoption of digital production technologies. You will serve as the trusted advisor, align SLB solutions with customer objectives, and drive growth within North American accounts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
- 5+ years in oil and gas production, digital tech, or account management.
- Strong CRM and relationship-management skills with operators/production customers.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; software sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships within assigned accounts across North America.
- Serve as the primary commercial interface for Digital Production customers.
- Develop account growth strategies to increase software adoption and revenue.
- Identify, qualify, and progress sales opportunities through the pipeline.
- Maintain executive-level relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and receivables management.
- Travel to customer sites and field operations as required.
