Digital in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Lead Account Director to serve as the primary strategic partner for key clients, guiding delivery across multiple accounts and ensuring scoping, execution, and quality meet the agency’s highest standards.

You will lead executive relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, Design, Email & CRM, and drive growth while aligning operations with client objectives.

Qualifications

5-10+ years in a digital marketing/agency environment.
Experience managing enterprise or mid-market client accounts.
Experience leading cross-functional digital teams.
Strong project and delivery management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
Comfortable discussing SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Web Development, Email Marketing and Analytics.
Experience with PM platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira).
Ability to work during US Central Time business hours.

Responsibilities

Own executive-level client relationships as the primary strategic advisor.
Lead delivery across multiple retainer accounts from planning through execution.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, Design, Email & CRM.
Manage project scope, priorities, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Improve internal processes and operational workflows.
Ensure consistent quality across all client deliverables.
Identify account growth opportunities and support client retention.
Partner with agency leadership to scale operations.
