Job summary

LHH seeks a marketing-focused Account Manager to oversee client relationships and lead integrated marketing initiatives. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, helping develop and execute programs that drive business results within a collaborative agency environment.

You will work closely with senior leadership, manage multiple marketing projects across digital, content, and PR, and contribute to strategic client growth while ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience; agency experience preferred.
• Experience with B2B marketing programs.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Strong client-facing experience and ability to translate goals into marketing strategies.
• Proven and proactive project management with timelines and budgets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using AI and other digital tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.

• Manage client expectations through clear communication and proactive planning.

• Develop project plans, goals, and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Create and edit marketing materials and review deliverables for quality and brand consistency.
• Support campaign development from planning through reporting and analysis.
