Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a US-based Digital AE in New York to evangelize Marketing Cloud solutions for state and local agencies. You will be a subject matter expert across Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Social Studio, and lead the sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure.

You will collaborate with Account Teams to target strategic accounts, drive revenue, and build executive relationships while traveling as needed to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Social Studio.
• Ability to engage C-suite and public sector buyers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on how local agencies leverage Salesforce Marketing solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle for the Marketing technology stack — lead gen, pricing and packaging, deal closure.
• Collaborate with Account and Territory teams to identify target accounts and drive revenue.
• Generate business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting into current Salesforce customers.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting and ensure customer satisfaction.
