Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Digital AE to evangelize marketing platform solutions for state and local agencies. You will drive self-generated sales opportunities, own the full Salesforce Marketing technology stack, and collaborate with Account teams to target accounts and close deals.

The role requires 5+ years in outside enterprise software sales, strong track record in digital marketing solutions, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience selling enterprise SaaS, CRM, digital engagement, or cloud technologies.
• Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
• Experience selling to C-suite (CMO, CDO, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on how local agencies leverage Salesforce Marketing solutions within their enterprise.
• Own the full sales cycle for the Salesforce Marketing technology stack, including lead generation, deal strategy, pricing and packaging, and closure.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Generate business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting.
