Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Digital AE to evangelize Marketing Cloud solutions to state and local prospects, driving a full sales cycle and revenue growth across named accounts.

You will collaborate with Account and Territory teams, lead product demonstrations, and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Experience selling to public sector accounts is highly valued, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience.
• Proven track record in Co-Prime/Overlay sales roles.
• Digital Marketing sales experience required.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud stack (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Social Studio).
• Experience selling enterprise SaaS, CRM, or cloud tech.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on how local agencies leverage Salesforce Marketing solutions.
• Empower the broader Account Team on Salesforce Marketing technology.
• Identify target accounts with Account/Territory teams.
• Generate revenue within a region and named accounts.
• Drive opportunities via networking, cold-calling, and prospecting Salesforce customers.
• Own full sales cycle including lead gen, deal strategy, pricing, closing.
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting.
