You will act as the technical expert and strategic consultant, partnering with Sales Managers and AEs to craft and present data-driven media solutions that align with client goals and budgets. The role is full-time and exempt, offering a guaranteed $80,000 base plus commissions and bonuses tied to digital revenue performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in digital marketing sales with proven revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social, display, programmatic).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to partner with Sales Managers and AEs as a technical expert and strategic consultant.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Growth by developing and executing strategic digital marketing plans.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop customized media strategies aligned with client goals and budgets.
• Leverage data analytics to identify insights, optimize campaigns, and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand accounts.
• Partner with AEs to co-present strategic proposals and mentor on digital product knowledge.
• Oversee campaign execution, track assets, and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports with key metrics and insights.
• Manage order entry, billing reconciliation, and reporting tasks efficiently.
