You will guide campaigns across CTV/OTT, video, email, SEM, and social while coaching account executives and developing client case studies.

The role emphasizes data-driven optimization, compelling presentations, and collaboration with the sales team to convert insights into growth in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, mass communications, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and proven work experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in a strategic role in advertising sales and marketing, preferably in a media or digital marketing company.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing services sales efforts focused on metrics-driven success.
• Develop media strategies for growth based on advertiser goals/objectives.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that influence short term and long term digital media strategy.
• Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data-driven approach.
• Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results.
• Train and collaborate with AEs to enhance their understanding of digital products.
• Build a comprehensive collection of success stories and case studies to share with the sales team.
• Assist sales management team with special projects related to digital sales.
