TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Territory Manager in Charlottesville, VA, to lead diabetes-focused field sales and drive adoption of our standard-of-care products.

You will develop the territory strategy, build partnerships with endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes educators, and own the patient onboarding process.

This role requires travel within the territory, strong collaboration, and a track record of exceeding sales targets with a combination of base pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 5+ years in B2B sales or life sciences.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, medical devices, or diabetes is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus for preferred qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the territory’s business strategy ensuring goals are met.
• Collaborate with partners to create routing strategies and engage customers.
• Own patient onboarding process and coordinate with teammates.
• Exceed sales targets and grow market share within the territory.
• Execute field sales initiatives aligned with company standards and promotions.
• Leverage data to drive territory decisions and maintain Salesforce.
