Job summary

TSP, a Syneos Health company, seeks a Territory Manager in the Virginia region (Fredericksburg area). You will lead territory strategy, build partnerships with endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes educators, and drive adoption of our diabetes products.

Travel is required to meet customers; you will own onboarding, collaborate with internal teams, analyze data, and push to exceed sales targets while maintaining patient-centric care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 5+ years of B2B or life science (healthcare/pharma/diabetes) sales.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong network with endocrinologists and diabetes providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead territory business strategy to meet and exceed goals.
• Collaborate with partners to create efficient routing and drive customer engagement.
• Own patient onboarding coordination, ensuring successful completion.
• Exceed sales targets and grow market share in the territory.
• Execute field sales initiatives aligned with company standards and promotional practices.
