TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to advance patient-centered diabetes care by training healthcare providers and integrating Insulet products into clinical practice. You will lead clinical education initiatives across providers and patients, promoting evidence-based practices and superior outcomes.

The role involves travel to HCP offices, clinics, and patient homes, collaborating with endocrinologists, diabetes teams, and territory partners to drive adoption

Qualifications

Minimum: Associate degree and clinical credentials (CDCES, RN, RD, PharmD) as applicable.
2+ years of related clinical experience in diabetes or device therapy.
Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

Train healthcare providers on Insulet products and diabetes management.
Develop and maintain clinical partnerships with endocrinologists and care teams.
Oversee Certified Pod Trainers (CPTs) and coordinate product updates.
Maintain Salesforce and training metrics, ensure program outcomes.
Conduct ongoing patient training and support for device usage.
