Job summary

TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Territory Manager in Virginia to lead diabetes-focused sales and build strong partnerships with endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes educators. You will drive adoption of our products as the standard of care and influence key stakeholders to grow market share.

You will own the territory business strategy, collaborate across teams, and oversee patient onboarding while maintaining a patient-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience in B2B or life sciences.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; diabetes/healthcare network beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead territory business strategy to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with partners to create efficient routing and customer engagement.
• Own patient onboarding process and coordinate with teammates.
• Exceed sales targets and drive market share within the territory.
