Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Senior Manager to join the Americas, Strategic Operations team. The role focuses on providing strategic and operational support to leadership, coordinating cross-functional projects, and driving scalable processes across the Americas region.

You will contribute to governance, reporting, and implementation of priority initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise operations or program management, with strong communication skills and hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise operations, projects, or portfolios.
• Experience in program management or operations within high-growth teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with owners, operators, senior leaders, hotel teams, and corporate partners.
• Experience in corporate/franchise/multi-unit hotel operations or project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support to the DCS leadership team and drive key initiatives.
• Develop initiative roadmaps and align priorities with Americas and enterprise objectives.
• Coordinate governance, milestones, risks, and resource needs for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Design, Development, Procurement, Operations, Finance and others to execute shared priorities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and scalable ways of working across the DCS organization.
