Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a senior manager to join our Americas, Strategic Operations team. You will collaborate with the broader Americas team, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization to maintain Hyatt’s leadership in hospitality.

As part of a culture of care, you will lead cross-functional projects, align priorities with enterprise objectives, and support scalable processes that empower owners, operators, and hotel teams while fostering growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years experience leading enterprise operations, projects or portfolios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with owners and leaders.
• Experience in corporate/franchise/hotel operations is preferred.
• Experience with program management or a start-up/high-growth product team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support to DCS leadership and Americas objectives.
• Coordinate strategic workstreams, governance, and prioritization of initiatives.
• Align cross-functional teams across Design, Development, Procurement, Operations and Finance.
• Improve workflows, performance visibility and resource planning.
• Lead cross-functional projects and translate priorities into actionable deliverables.
