Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Senior Manager to join our Americas, Strategic Operations team. You will collaborate closely with the broader Americas team, driving strategic alignment and operational excellence across the Classics portfolio.

You will work with senior leadership to advance priorities, manage initiatives, and foster a culture of care and inclusion, while delivering measurable business outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with owners, operators, senior leaders, hotel teams, and corporate partners.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and functions in a complex corporate environment.
• Experience in program management or operations as part of a high-growth team.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support to the Classics leadership team, driving alignment of business priorities and managing key initiatives.
• Support governance, cross-functional coordination, and leadership planning and execution across the Classics portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen collaboration, and optimize shared resources while tracking progress against strategic objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to advance business priorities, align teams, and support strategic planning and execution.
