Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education/experience.
• 6+ years in internal or external consulting, enterprise operations, or corporate strategy.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions in a complex environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the Classics leadership team with strategic and operational initiatives.
• Align business priorities across teams and governance structures.
