Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
• 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales.
• Previous account management experience and B2B sales.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills; ability to learn complex product information.

Responsibilities

• Promote brand strategy and product knowledge to high-value accounts.
• Drive Rx product demand and support launches in a competitive market.
• Develop cross-functional account plans aligning market access and reimbursement objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leverage analytics to anticipate customer needs.
• Plan and execute field-based activities in compliance with standards.
