Job summary

PolyAI in the United States is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead customer service transformations by delivering scalable virtual assistants and managing project timelines. You’ll be the primary authority on delivery, ensuring client success from PoCs to large-scale deployments while collaborating with engineering, pre-sales, and sales to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• Delivery of transformative virtual assistants at scale.
• Single point of accountability for delivery bridging client expectations and engineering.
• Understanding client needs, value drivers, sensitivities, and rallying the team around them.
• Track and report on value-driven success metrics, utilization, adoption, and account health.
• Clear communication of wins to clients to build trust and drive expansion.
• Raise the bar across agent design, solutions consulting, and engineering for the best voice experience.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and sales to determine the best solution for a business need.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of transformative virtual assistants at serious scale - from deployments handling hundreds of thousands of calls a day to PoCs where speed, strategy and creativity win the deal.
• Advise Fortune 500 customers on fundamental reshaping of their customer service organisations with gravitas and executive presence.
• Be the single point of accountability for delivery, bridging client expectations and engineering with clarity.
• Be the voice of the client, understanding their needs, value drivers and sensitivities and rallying the PolyAI team around them.
• Track and report on metrics that matter - value-driven success metrics, utilization, adoption, and account health.
• Communicate wins to clients in a way that builds trust, proves value, and drives expansion.
