Job summary

The Deployment Strategist role is embedded within the Forward Deployed Engineering team, working with strategic customers from first contact to production-ready solutions. You are the product manager for the customer problem, guiding the what and why while engineers handle the how.

You will own the MVP and PRD, drive architecture discussions, and manage the project to landing with a hands-on QA mind-set. Expect 25–50% onsite work with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Technical fluency with data, AI architectures, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Write PRD and translate requirements into data, integration, security, and operational requirements.
• Lead agile delivery and manage stakeholders from C-suite to engineers.
• Own Day 0 launch, production readiness, and adoption with feedback loops.
• Scope ongoing maintenance and create reusable solution patterns for future engagements.
