Job summary

ElevenLabs in the United States seeks a Deployment Strategist to join a global team deploying ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, to address strategic customer challenges. You will translate complex workflows into scalable solutions, lead end-to-end deals, embed with customers on-site, and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to turn problems into measurable business outcomes.

This role combines technical prototyping with strategic sales and cross-functional collaboration across GTM,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct enterprise customer experience.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: structuring value propositions in enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clear logic.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from use case to commercial terms and close.
• Embed inside strategic customers, act as a trusted partner, and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents to maximize adoption.
• Scope new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and proposals to audiences from technical teams to executives.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights back into the platform.
