Job summary

Hello Patient is growing and seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the execution of complex customer deployments, coordinating with AI Agent Product Management, Engineering, and Account Management to move projects quickly to launch and scale.

You will manage multiple deployments, translate requirements into execution plans, set up telephony systems, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Experience managing complex B2B SaaS deployments with multiple technical stakeholders.
• Strong ability to drive timelines, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication with customers and executive stakeholders.
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and software systems.
• Experience with Product and Engineering collaboration to deliver customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex deployments from kickoff through launch and expansion.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking.
• Drive project cadence through weekly updates and clear ownership across internal teams.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical workstreams and execution plans.
• Set up and configure telephony systems as part of deployments.
• Partner with Enterprise customers and internal teams to manage expectations and scope.
