Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to partner with enterprise customers, shaping AI transformation programs and driving production deployments of ElevenAgents. You will own deals, design value propositions, and work across GTM, product, and engineering teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Strong communication, technical grounding in Python, and a track record of delivering complex projects are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
Commercial instinct with enterprise deal experience.
Basic Python and API integration familiarity for prototyping.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ownership of complex, ambiguous projects.
Adaptability across diverse teams and contexts.

Responsibilities

Meet with strategic customers to understand transformation goals and pain points.
Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to close.
Embed inside strategic customers and deliver outcomes as part of the team.
Identify high-impact use cases with customer problems and collaborate with engineers.
Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents.
Scope new industry applications and expand across sectors globally.
Present results and future work to audiences from technical teams to executives.
Collaborate with Research to feed field insights into the roadmap.
Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents.
Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to reach production.
