Job summary

Istari Digital is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own the end-to-end outcome of customer programs. You will embed with a small team of forward deployed engineers on flagship programs, deciding what matters, what milestones prove success, and how demonstrations and tests demonstrate value.

You will carry government program office relationships, brief executives, and coordinate with a shared operations team to ensure delivery commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning an outcome with no formal authority over the people delivering it.
• Experience embedding with government and industry customers to understand mission and constraints.
• Ability to brief program executives and manage delivery through reviews and reports.
• Comfort building relationships across customers, engineers, and management to sustain deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end outcome of a customer program and decide priorities and milestones.
• Embed with government and industry teams to understand constraints and politics, build trust, and drive adoption.
• Serve as named Program Manager on major federal programs, coordinating status, reviews, and commitments.
• Lead a small Forward Deployed Engineering team, protecting their time and focusing on high-impact work.
