Job summary

Istari Digital seeks a Deployment Strategist who will own program outcomes on flagship federal engagements, embedding with a small team of forward deployed engineers to determine what matters, the order of work, and how demonstrations prove success.

You will hold Program Manager designation on major programs, coordinate with government offices, and ensure every deliverable reflects the contract commitments while enabling growth through delivered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning an outcome with no formal authority
• Insider fluency in the customer domain and what is broken in today’s world

Responsibilities

• Own the outcome of a program end to end: define success, choose problems, and set milestones
• Embed with government and industry customers to understand mission and constraints
• Serve as named Program Manager on major federal programs: manage narrative and contract commitments
• Set direction for a small Forward Deployed Engineering team and protect their time
• Own the growth thesis: option years, follow-ons, expansions from delivered outcomes
• Feed field learnings back into product and engineering to improve the platform
• Work day-to-day at or travel to customer sites and test events, typically domestic
