Qualifications

• Experience in forward deployed deployment strategies or field delivery roles.
• DoD or NASA program office exposure; ability to work within government contracting.
• Familiarity with government contracting mechanics: cadences, option years, reviews and CO cares.
• Track record of turning delivery into growth: expansions, pilots, programs of record.
• Eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the program end-to-end: define success, select problems, and set milestones.
• Embed with government and industry customers to understand mission and constraints.
• Serve as named Program Manager on major federal programs with formal deliverables.
• Set direction for a small Forward Deployed Engineering team and protect their time.
• Shape growth: option years, follow-ons, expansions based on delivered outcomes.
• Contribute learnings back into product and engineering to improve the platform.
• Travel to customer sites and attend test events, milestones as needed, typically domestic.
