Job summary

Istari Digital seeks a Deployment Strategist to own a customer program's outcome. You embed with a small team of forward deployed engineers on flagship programs, deciding what matters, what to prove, and how the deployment becomes indispensable for the customer.

On large federal programs you may carry the Program Manager designation; you coordinate with government and prime teams, prepare reports, and brief executives. Ownership and judgment shape outcomes.

Qualifications

• We prefer candidates who demonstrate strong judgment and curiosity.

• Clear written and oral communication across technical and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the outcome of a program end to end: define success, choose problems worth solving, and set proof milestones.
• Embed with government and industry customers to understand their mission, constraints, and politics; build durable relationships.
