Job summary

Istari Digital is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own customer program outcomes. You will embed with a small team of forward deployed engineers on flagship programs, decide what matters, and drive demonstrations, tests, and milestones that prove value.

You will brief executives, manage field delivery, and ensure the deployment becomes indispensable to the customer. Travel is typically domestic, with some international engagements.

Qualifications

• Judgment, curiosity and a bias toward action; no fixed degree required.
• Experience with customer-focused roles in defense or tech domains is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the program end-to-end: define success, pick problems to solve, and set milestones.
• Embed with government and industry customers to understand mission and constraints.
• Set direction for a small Forward Deployed Engineering team and protect their time.
• Shape growth through option years, follow-ons, and expansions.
• Feedback field learnings into product and engineering to improve the platform.
• Travel to customer sites and participate in test events and milestones; travel is domestic, some international.
