Qualifications

• Track record of owning an outcome with no formal authority over the team.
• Insider fluency in defense domain and procurement practices.
• Domain: missile defense and defense test-evaluation enterprise.
• Technical fluency across modeling/simulation, MBSE, digital threads, software.
• Product sense: know what to build next and what to defer.
• Ability to brief program executives and partner with engineers.
• Strong sense of organizational dynamics and adoption strategies.
• Comfort operating with incomplete information and shifting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end outcome of a program, defining success and milestones.
• Embed with government and industry customers to understand constraints and politics.
• Serve as named Program Manager on major federal programs and own commitments.
• Set direction for a small engineering team and protect their time.
• Shape growth through options, follow-ons, and expansions based on delivered outcomes.
• Feed field learnings back into product and engineering for better deployments.
• Travel to customer sites and participate in test events and milestones as needed.
