Job summary

A-dec Inc. is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to drive maximum sales across dental products within the NA distribution network. You will develop business plans with the Regional Manager and coordinate with dealers, dental schools and government installations.

This role requires regular travel, strong communication, and the ability to present to diverse stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree and 5 years of dental account management experience are preferred, with familiarity of the NA dental

Qualifications

Regular travel within the assigned territory and occasional travel outside.
Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
Strong time management and resource organisation.
Proficient in presenting to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Maximize sales across all product categories within the territory through effective activities and dealer communication.
Create annual business plans with Regional Manager to guide priorities for the year.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with dealer partners.
Expand relationships with non-traditional networks to grow business.
Maintain accurate forecast in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
Adhere to company policies and protect financial interests.
