Job summary

A-dec is seeking a Territory Manager to grow DSO and specialty market sales across the U.S. You will develop and train dealer network personnel, collaborate with Territory Managers, and execute programs to hit product mix goals.

Travel around 50% to engage customers at dental shows, clinics, and partner locations while aligning accounts with corporate goals. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of account management in dental distribution are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of two years account management experience in the dental industry is preferred.
• Must be able to travel on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Implements strategies and programs to maximize sales in DSO and specialty markets.
• Develops and maintains relationships within dealer networks and with end-customers.
• Collaborates with Territory Managers to achieve sales objectives and policies.
