Job summary

A-dec is seeking a high-energy sales leader to manage DSO multi-site CHCs and specialty markets across the U.S. You will develop dealer relationships, train Territory Managers, and drive cross-product sales efforts.

The role requires travel about 50% and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus experience in dental distribution. You will partner with dealers to expand market presence and ensure policy alignment with clinic customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage DSO multi-site CHCs and other specialty markets to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and train dealer Special Markets personnel and Territory Managers.
• Build strong relationships with dealer partners, end-customers and sales network.
• Attend major dental shows and market-specific meetings to solicit support.
• Travel approximately 50%.
