Job summary

A-dec in the United States is seeking a sales leader to manage DSO multi-site CHCs and other specialty markets, driving sales across all product lines. You will train dealer Special Markets personnel and Dealer Territory Managers, and build strong relationships with dealer partners and customers.

Travel is extensive (around 50%), and you will work with Territory Managers to expand presence, define policies, attend major dental shows, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years account management experience in the dental industry preferred.
• Familiar with North American Dental Distribution system.

Responsibilities

• Manage DSO multi-site CHCs and other specialty markets to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and train dealer Special Markets personnel and Dealer Territory Managers.
• Build strong relationships with dealer partners and end-customers; coordinate with Territory Managers.
• Attend major dental shows and travel extensively to support sales efforts.
