A-dec, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive maximum sales across its dental product portfolio within an assigned territory. You will collaborate with the dealer network, dental schools, and government installations to meet annual goals and build strong customer relationships.

Travel within the territory is required. The role emphasizes strategic planning, CRM-driven forecasting, and adherence to company policies while protecting financial interests.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five years account management experience in the dental industry is preferred. This is to include, but not limited to, working with the dental distribution network.
• Familiarity with and understanding of the North American Dental Distribution system preferred.

• Generates maximum sales across all categories within the assigned territory.
• Creates annual business plans with Regional Manager as a blueprint for the year.
• Conducts quarterly business review meetings with dealer partners.
• Maintains CRM to forecast opportunities and manage communications.
• Ensures consistency and compliance with A-dec policies and procedures.
• Travel within the territory as required.
