Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a World-class Demand & Supply Planner to own signals from forecasting to production. You will coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to ensure timely builds and shipments, while driving S&OP discussions and inventory optimization across multiple product lines.

The role requires ownership of complex value chains, hardware manufacturing familiarity, and ERP/CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ownership of a complex value chain coordinating multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries and quality.
• Ability to read technical docs and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP (Oracle/NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Travel up to 10% and onsite relocation to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Coordinate with Business Development to align forecasts with actual demand.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform decisions.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
• Drive initiatives toward demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.
