Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a world-class Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods, forecasting demand, and planning inventory using ERP systems.

The role requires ownership of complex value chains and collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining stringent quality standards. Onsite in Costa Mesa, CA with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Ownership of a complex value chain coordinating multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries and quality.
• Experience reading technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Work with Business Development to align forecasts with actual demand plans.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform decisions.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
• Drive initiatives toward best practices, including demand shaping, modeling, and inventory optimization.
