Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply and demand plans aligned to forecasts.
• Lead the Supply & Demand planning team to execute plans.
• Collaborate via S&OP with sales, operations, and finance.
• Translate complex scenarios to executives for decisions.
• Manage inventories to meet service targets and reduce obsolescence.
• Monitor supplier performance and address disruptions.
• Improve planning processes to increase efficiency.
• Define KPIs for supply and demand planning.
• Prepare reports on program performance and inventory risk.
