Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Demand & Supply Planner to own demand signaling and inventory control across product lines. You’ll influence Purchasing and Manufacturing with signals on what to buy or build, and ensure hardware requirements are met using ERP tools.

The role requires planning ownership in a fast-paced environment, collaboration with Engineering and Sales, and capability in S&OP and data-driven decision making. Onsite in Costa Mesa, CA with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Ownership of a complex value chain coordinating multiple departments.
• Technical ability to read documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Relocation to onsite Costa Mesa, CA if not local.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for multiple product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Coordinate with Business Development to align forecasts with demand plans.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions.
• Develop and maintain processes within ERP systems and master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives in demand shaping, modeling, and inventory optimization.
