Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Own a complex value chain coordinating multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries and quality.
• Ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to relocate to onsite Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand plans with Business Development and Growth teams.
• Report on supply and material health to inform key decisions across functions.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
• Drive initiatives toward best practices, including demand shaping and inventory optimization.
