Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a world-class Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods and to forecast demand. You will signal needs to Purchasing and Manufacturing, ensuring hardware requirements are met via ERP tools.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and willingness to travel up to 10%. Onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand plans with Business Development and Growth teams.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
