Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a supply chain or production role in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Own a complex value chain and coordinate with internal teams for on-time delivery.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Netsuite) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand plans with Business Development.
• Report on supply health to inform decisions across teams.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
• Drive initiatives like demand shaping and inventory optimization.
