Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a world-class Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods, coordinating signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build. This hire will forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and ensure hardware requirements are supported via ERP tools.

The right candidate will have ownership of complex value chains, collaborate across Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ownership of a complex value chain coordinating multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Work with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and associated master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives towards best practices, including demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.
