Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a world-class Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods. You will forecast demand, plan inventory, and signal purchasing and manufacturing on what to buy or build to support hardware requirements.

The role requires ownership of complex value chains, working across Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing in a fast-paced environment. Onsite Costa Mesa, CA, with up to 10% travel, and relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field (e.g., manufacturing, analytics, supply chain, finance).
• 3+ years in supply chain or production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ownership of a complex value chain coordinating multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries and quality.
• Experience reading technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM like Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate onsite to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for multiple product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand with Business Development and Growth teams.
• Report on supply and material health to inform engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing decisions.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
• Drive initiatives in demand shaping, modeling, and inventory optimization.
