Job summary

Anduril Industries, Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a world-class Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods, coordinating with Purchasing and Manufacturing to signal what to buy or build. You will forecast demand, plan inventory, and ensure hardware requirements are supported by ERP tools.

You will report on supply health, drive S&OP discussions, and partner with Engineering, Business Development, and Growth teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience owning a complex value chain and coordinating multiple internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand with Business Development and Growth teams.
• Report on supply and material health to inform decisions.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP and master data.
• Drive initiatives toward best practices in demand shaping and inventory optimization.
