Job summary
Benchmark Analytics seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery to lead its Solutions Delivery team. You will drive large, complex implementations across our BMS, First Sign, and CARE platforms for municipal, state, and federal customers, guiding a team to deliver end-to-end success and partnering with Product, Data Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
You will interface with executives, manage portfolio health, and champion delivery excellence while traveling up to 25% as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing software delivery.
- 5+ years in a SaaS environment with enterprise/public-sector customers.
- Experience running a multi-customer delivery portfolio across complex, concurrent implementations.
- Strong operational instincts: capacity planning, utilization, and scope management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Technical Delivery Managers; coach, guide, and oversee performance.
- Own delivery outcomes across Enterprise portfolio: timeline, scope, quality, customer health.
- Lead implementations from contract signature through go-live and steady state.
- Identify and surface risk; escalate when leadership intervention is needed.
- Maintain portfolio health, capacity, forecast; collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on planning.
