Job summary

Blackbaud is seeking a Project Manager, Enterprise Implementations to lead complex, customer-facing SaaS projects for enterprise customers. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.

The role requires exceptional communication, risk mitigation, and organizational skills, with a focus on driving accountability and executive stakeholder engagement across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Operations, and customer teams.

Qualifications

5+ years leading enterprise SaaS implementations or complex customer-facing projects.
Proven experience delivering software implementation projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience managing external customer-facing projects and leading implementation lifecycles.
Strong planning, risk governance and stakeholder management experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills.
Experience influencing executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to closure.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and success measures.
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and change requests.
Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate governance, executive reviews, and status reporting.
Partner with customers to align technology delivery with business objectives.
