Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant technology/software implementation experience.
• 4+ years in a SaaS environment, preferably with Enterprise customers.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a delivery pod for Benchmark Management System implementations.
• Manage, coach, and develop direct reports.
• Communicate implementation progress to customers.
• Report project status and open risks within the team.
• Collaborate with engineering and configuration teams.
